Can I cancel or reschedule my lesson?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel lessons at any time as long as it's done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours require a valid doctor's note (submitted within 30 days). For road tests, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, as we cannot accommodate last-minute changes within that window.

Refunds are only available for unused lesson credits requested within 30 days of purchase. Once any portion of the course (online or in-car) has begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
