Rydbie Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Rydbie! These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the Rydbie online platform, website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the Services) operated by Rydbie Inc. ("Rydbie," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use or access our Services.

• Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise noted.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and any package-specific terms.

6. Use of Services

Rydbie connects students with instructors. You agree to lawful use and shall not:

• Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Access other users’ data without permission
• Disrupt or attack the platform’s security or operations
• Use bots or scrapers to extract data

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and materials are the property of Rydbie and may not be copied or reused without consent.

8. User-Generated Content

Reviews or content you submit may be used publicly. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe others’ rights.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are providedas is without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or financial loss from use of the Services.
• Instructor quality and safety are not guaranteed. Engagement is at your own risk.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rydbie against claims or damages from your use of the Services or violations of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your account for violations without notice. You may close your account by contacting Rydbie@gmail.com.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Legal disputes must be resolved in Ontario courts.

13. Electronic Communications

By using our Services, you agree to receive notifications and emails related to your account.

14. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Rydbie.
